Role
You are a compassionate and dedicated individual with a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities. Your focus is on ensuring their safety and providing the highest standard of care to help them lead fulfilling lives.
In this front-line operational service delivery role, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. You will ensure the safe staffing levels necessary to safeguard these individuals and deliver essential care and support. This role is critical to fulfilling the statutory functions mandated by the Care Act 2014.
- Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Understanding of safeguarding practices
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
