You are skilled at supporting workstream leads, prioritizing activities, and absorbing workload. You are organized, a problem solver, and maintain a balance between achieving savings and ensuring quality services for children and young people. You can effectively engage with agencies, partners, and schools. You have a can-do attitude, are a team player, and are flexible in your approach.
What the Job Involves
This role requires you to lead the delivery phase of SEND mitigations as projects, establishing an infrastructure for workstream leads and delivery groups. You will report to the head of SEND and be accountable to the Programme Director. Responsibilities include setting up and delivering 6 to 8 workstreams, establishing the PM framework, creating ToRs for workstreams and task groups, and milestone reporting. A commitment to full-time work, mostly remote, for a 3 to 6 month placement, is required.
