What the Job Involves
As a Social Care Worker in Adult Provider Services, you provide safe, person-centred care and support to adults at risk, following their support plan and risk assessments. Your role involves assisting clients with personal care, monitoring their progress, and contributing to the planning and execution of daily activities. You'll be working collaboratively with different professionals and ensuring the safety and well-being of service users, whether through direct care, transportation, or proper medication management.
