Who You Are
As a dedicated and experienced professional, you possess at least 6 months of experience dealing with Formal Representations and/or informal appeals against PCNs within London. You have a full understanding of TMA 2004 & RTA 1991, and you are committed to delivering a high standard of work within the Parking appeals and representations team.
What the Job Involves
As a member of the Parking appeals and representations team, you will deliver timely and effective services. Your responsibilities include investigating and responding to parking-related correspondence, attending external Adjudication Hearings, managing parking permit applications, and providing customer service at the parking customer service center. You will need to identify themes arising from correspondence, manage your workload, ensure compliance with standards, authorize PCN cancellations, and mentor new staff. This role supports council objectives on Climate Change, Air Quality, and Streets for People strategies, while ensuring effective parking and traffic enforcement.
