What the Job Involves
The role involves collating data and statistics required by Accommodation Services and responding to complaints from households in temporary accommodation, members, Councillors, and other stakeholders. You will lead on Freedom of Information inquiries and respond to data requests. The job includes running reports for Accommodation Services using ICT data software, supporting operational plans, building internal and external partnerships, and employing new technologies for modern, agile working practices to improve customer service and reduce paper-based processes.
