As a Performance Services Support Officer, you have considerable experience in successfully supporting and delivering projects, change, or improvement activities, preferably within local government or the public sector. You possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and are proactive in promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You have demonstrable experience in developing and implementing robust performance management systems, and you are skilled at producing management information and performance reports using complex databases and spreadsheets.
What the Job Involves
This role involves providing project management and performance management support, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed standards, and maintaining project documentation. You will support statutory requirements for national reporting and be responsible for the collection, verification, and reporting of performance data. Additionally, you will assist in the development and delivery of system, software, and reporting improvements and contribute to the implementation of performance frameworks and national performance reporting. You will play a key role in performance data analysis, policy development, and delivering training events related to performance and service improvement.
