What the Job Involves

This role involves assessing and providing services for children and families in need under relevant legislation, focusing on those at risk or under protection in the care of the authority. You will manage caseloads, including planning, implementing, and assessing interventions, liaising with other services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include child protection, making court appearances if necessary, and maintaining regular contact and procedural adherence for children in care. You play an active part in the continuous development of service delivery and ensure adherence to equal opportunities in all practices.
