What the Job Involves
The Service Support Officer (Receptionist) position involves providing administrative support and reception desk services within the Children’s Services division. Key responsibilities include interacting sensitively with children, young people, and families, handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy, supporting social work practitioners, and maintaining strict confidentiality. You will also be involved in organizing meetings, managing records, and providing financial support where necessary.
