Who You Are
We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a strong team ethic. Ideally, you will have experience in a lettings role or similar housing function, as well as a background in working with the public or in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
What the Job Involves
As a Lettings Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire lettings process, from when a tenant gives notice to the successful sign-up of the new resident. Your duties will include minimizing void turnaround times and rent loss, coordinating with various teams and contractors, conducting inspections and viewings, providing tenancy information, and offering excellent customer service. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and support residents with advice and general housing queries.
