What the Job Involves
In this role, you will lead the Multi-Agency Support Team (MAST) Early Help Team, ensuring effective case management and service delivery. You will oversee timely assessment and allocation of cases, collaborating with partner agencies to promote best practices in Early Help. You will manage team performance, provide expert advice, supervise staff, and monitor family support needs. Your strategic and operational leadership will ensure coordinated services, effective risk management, and continuous improvement in supporting children, young people, and families.
