Senior Electrical Engineer LBS-011

An experienced professional with substantial experience in electrical inspections, preferably within a social housing environment. You are knowledgeable in BS7671 18th Edition, have Inspection & Testing (2391) certification, and a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installations, or equivalent. You possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders and the ability to work effectively both in the office and on-site.

The role involves performing detailed electrical inspections and condition surveys, monitoring the quality of work by contractors, and issuing site instructions. You will be responsible for preparing reports, managing snagging, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. This position requires you to work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of satisfactory and compliant electrical installations, both office-based and potentially from home after a probation period.
