What the Job Involves
Your responsibilities include leading the assessment of risks and delivering specialist interventions to address community requests concerning crime and antisocial behavior. This involves making informed decisions on resource allocation to aid in resolving complex issues, coordinating partnership resources, and working collaboratively with service officers. You'll also lead engagement and communication efforts with stakeholders, including government departments, community safety boards, and community groups, to ensure a cohesive approach to maintaining public safety.
