What the Job Involves
As part of the Homeownership Litigation Team, you will be instrumental in the progression of service charge arrears cases. Your responsibilities include preparing and issuing standard correspondence, managing and documenting casework, and supporting inbound and outbound communication with stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims and aid in the delivery of litigation processes through efficient administrative support. Your role includes maintaining case records and liaising with internal teams to uphold data protection legislation.
