What the Job Involves
Your role involves delivering personalized, person-centered care to adults at risk. You will work to ensure the basic needs identified in their support plans are fully met. This includes assisting with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, and medication administration. You will monitor the progress of service users and adapt care plans as necessary. The role also requires collaboration with families, colleagues, and medical professionals to support the well-being of service users, and maintaining accurate records and compliance with CQC standards.
