What the Job Involves
This is a full-time social worker position within an Initial Safeguarding Assessment team, focusing on children's services in the Bromsgrove and Wyre Forrest area. Your responsibility will be to conduct initial assessments, identify risks, and work collaboratively to create safeguarding plans. You will be expected to manage your caseload effectively, maintain accurate records, and comply with legal and organizational policies. Regular communication with families, multi-agency teams, and other professionals will be a key part of your role.
