What the job involves
The position involves independently managing a caseload including conducting community care and safeguarding assessments. You will work to balance needs and risks with rights and choices and liaise with multiple agencies. Key tasks include offering expert opinions, providing support and information to service users and communities, performing statutory safeguarding duties, and mentoring or supervising colleagues. Additional responsibilities involve developing expertise in specific practice areas and ensuring value for money in service delivery.

- Social Work qualification and HCPC registration
