Who You Are

You should have experience working with children, young people, and their families and be committed to enhancing parenting capacity and improving the life chances of children and young people.

What the job involves

You will provide residential support to children and young people in bespoke emergency placements. The role requires self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. You must complete the All Wales Induction Framework for Health and Social Care within 6 months of appointment. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. A full valid driving license and sole use of a vehicle are required.
