An experienced caregiver with a background in supporting individuals with autism and mental health needs. You are patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those you support. The role involves working with a 14-year-old boy requiring 2:1 support, providing dedicated and tailored care.
What the Job Involves
Your responsibilities will include providing personalized support to a young individual with autism, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Working on shifts, you will offer consistent care throughout the day and night, assisting with daily activities and adapting to the changing needs of the individual. This role requires flexibility, as the successful candidate will work on a rota covering 8am - 12am, and waking night shifts from 12am - 8am in Scarborough.
