What the Job Involves
As a Social Care Worker, you will support the delivery of person-centered care plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users. You will assist with personal care activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating, as well as administering medication accurately. Your role involves monitoring service users' progress, updating care plans, and ensuring records are accurate and secure. You will work closely with a team and contribute to planning daily activities and risk assessments. Additionally, you will transport service users safely, handle challenging behaviors, and report any safety concerns to management.
