What the job involves
This role entails preparing written evidence for planning and enforcement appeals and presenting it at public inquiries, informal hearings, and court proceedings. Additionally, you will monitor and investigate breaches of planning control, such as changes of use or unauthorized works. Your responsibilities include gathering evidence for prosecutions and responding to various stakeholders, including complainants, lawyers, agents, Councillors, and landowners.
