What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of adults 'at risk' by delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will support clients with personal care needs as outlined in their care plans and risk assessments, monitor their progress, and contribute to regular reviews. You will collaborate with colleagues, families, and medical professionals to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Additional responsibilities include handling minor financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and aiding clients with transportation needs.
