What the Job Involves
In this role, you will supervise a team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, manage a small personal caseload, and assist the OT Service Manager in effectively developing the OT service. You will chair MDT meetings, monitor work progress, ensure staff development, and work collaboratively with local agencies. Additionally, you will provide advice, support, and direction for effective case management and service delivery, including participating in audits and providing shift cover as needed.
