Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to develop in the field of finance administration. You should have a strong ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners, possess well-developed ICT skills, and be eager to take initiative in your work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hybrid working environment, spending two days a week at the office.
What the Job Involves
As a Finance Admin for Early Help, you will be an integral part of the Business Unit team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our services. Your responsibilities will include raising orders, making payments, and ensuring the budget predictions are met. You will coordinate closely with Managers and Service Accountants to track financial progress, as well as maintain up-to-date and relevant information to support the Early Help teams in achieving Financial Year End targets.
Skills
- Strong ICT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial information compilation and presentation
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with SAP and SharePoint (preferred)
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
