What the Job Involves

As a key member of the property and accommodation team, you will support refugee and migrant families in finding suitable housing accommodation in West Sussex. You will conduct housing and affordability assessments, monitor housing options, and liaise with local estate agents and landlords. The role involves working directly with individuals and families to support their relocation to the UK and prevent temporary accommodation use. You will work collaboratively with various agencies, maximizing income opportunities for families and addressing resettlement challenges. Additionally, you will have supervisory responsibilities and maintain sensitive data records related to housing projects.
