What the Job Involves
This role involves front line operational service delivery, where you will work directly with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include supporting their daily activities, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their well-being and safety. You will be required to work alongside a team to maintain safe staffing levels and uphold high standards of care and safeguarding.
