What the Job Involves
As an Area Team Leader, you will assist the Head of Building Control in leading a team to ensure Building Regulation compliance. Your responsibilities include supporting the Building Safety Regulator, implementing council policies, monitoring performance, providing technical advice, and overseeing the enforcement of relevant legislation. You will also manage budgeting and financial planning, deliver quotes, supervise staff, and maintain quality data management systems while promoting excellent customer service and equal opportunities.
