Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker who is passionate about supporting children, young people, and their families. You should align with our vision of helping Wiltshire families thrive and be dedicated to staying with a child throughout their journey. You should be comfortable with both in-person and remote work and possess experience in referral and assessment casework.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working within the North Support and Safeguarding Service to help children and families from early help stages through to securing permanence. You will lead on Child in Need and Child Protection plans, and in some cases, support legal processes. You will receive support from a permanent management structure and will co-work cases with key workers, offering a holistic approach to case management. The role also includes opportunities for professional growth through teaching partnerships and masterclasses.
