A dedicated professional with knowledge of revenues and benefits administration, ready to take on a technical and supervisory role within the Revenues & Benefits team. You possess an understanding of government legislation and the ability to apply it effectively in service processes. You are organized, communicative, and able to foster productive relationships with partners and suppliers.
What the Job Involves
You will be responsible for the effective delivery and control of system processes in the administration of revenues and benefits. This includes managing business-critical processes such as billing, direct debit handling, and benefits payment, ensuring operational efficiency and resilience. You will work closely with internal and external partners to maintain excellent service delivery and system optimization, and will play a role in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and peer mentoring.
