What the job involves
As a Support Worker in Disabilities Accommodation Services, you will assist individuals with disabilities to manage their lives and achieve planned goals by leveraging local community resources. Your responsibilities include participating in care planning, supporting equal opportunities, and ensuring the dignity and rights of the individuals you support. You will take an active role in organizing community activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safeguarding procedures. The role demands flexibility, requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as responding to the challenges of a vibrant and dynamic working environment.
