You are an experienced professional with a background in building and maintenance services. You possess proven expertise in managing and handling a caseload of housing disrepair cases. You are an excellent communicator, capable of developing positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. You are flexible, receptive to change, and have a high level of accuracy in your work.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will oversee a caseload of housing disrepair cases while co-ordinating repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. You will measure, monitor, and review KPI’s of planned disrepair cases, and work closely with the legal team and insurance department. You will oversee the expenditure budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to contractual standards. This is a 35-hour per week position, requiring office presence 3 times a week. This role covers a vacant post, with an opportunity to apply for the position when it becomes available.
