This role includes providing first-line management for a hybrid team of technical, permanent, and fixed-term maintenance surveyors. Responsibilities include offering a comprehensive range of surveying services, maintaining properties in accordance with statutory requirements and industry best practices, and providing guidance to junior staff. Additionally, you'll act as an expert witness in disrepair litigation, contribute to continuous service improvements, and enhance the experience of residents by delivering a seamless service.
