Who You Are

As a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist, you will join the Adult Social Care team at Westminster City Council. You will provide high-quality, person-centred interventions for residents with complex needs, supporting their independence and safety at home.

What the job involves

Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of complex cases, conducting in-depth home visits for functional assessments, and completing manual handling assessments. You will prescribe major adaptations, ensure compliance with legislation, and support hospital discharge planning. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors and partner agencies, provide supervision to junior staff, and maintain accurate documentation.
