What the Job Involves
The role involves identifying and negotiating suitable placements for children and young people, collaborating with social workers, and ensuring compliance with contractual arrangements. You will monitor contracted services to meet the assessed needs of children and assist with performance analysis. You support quality assurance initiatives by gathering and organizing relevant data and contribute to the development of service specifications and contracts. You will maintain accurate records and participate in continuous service improvement within the Whole Life Commissioning Team.
