Who You Are

As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will be a dedicated professional committed to the support and promotion of individuals' independence and well-being. You are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and possess a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy. Drawing on a minimum of two years post-qualification experience, you have a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines and are enthusiastic about continuous personal and professional development.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will undertake assessments to develop and implement reablement support plans, manage a complex caseload, and oversee adaptation work to help clients meet their goals and live as independently as possible. You will provide professional supervision to colleagues, promote evidence-informed practice, and engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. This position requires occasional work outside regular hours and the ability to travel to clients as needed.

  • Expert knowledge of health, social care, and housing legislation
  • Experience in delivering adaptations and reablement plans
