What the Job Involves
This role involves working within Tower Hamlets, an innovative and diverse inner London borough. You will be part of a team that relentlessly pursues positive outcomes for children and families by adhering to our Better Together Practice Framework. This approach is grounded in Restorative Practice and integrates other strength-based frameworks like Systemic and Trauma-Informed Practice. Additionally, you will implement our C-Change approach, which includes the "6 Cs" – Connect, Curious, Community, Co-Produce, Collaborate, Check – in all interactions with children, young people, their parents, carers, and colleagues.
