You will provide individualized personal and social care to service users based on their specific Care Plans. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, dietary needs, and supporting participation in community activities. You will also monitor medication administration, maintain records, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Your role will require flexibility to work in various settings and potentially during evenings and weekends.
