What the Job Involves
As an Assessment Officer, you will report to the Team Manager and work collaboratively with various directorates, health services, and organizations to deliver exceptional social care services. Your role will include conducting assessments, recommending rehabilitation techniques, planning support, and reviewing plans for vulnerable and disabled individuals. You will manage caseloads, liaise with customers and other professionals, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing service delivery and facilitating integrated assessments.
