What the Job Involves

The Lead Officer, Projects & Development will play a vital role in realizing the Royal Borough of Kingston’s vision as an exceptional place to live and work. You will work closely with the Group Manager and other leaders to manage housing maintenance and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Responsibilities include managing capital programs, supporting team development, enhancing service delivery, and addressing customer queries and contractual disputes. You will contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of housing services, aligning operations with council priorities.
