What the Job Involves
The role involves assessing and addressing the support needs of homeless individuals and families, both in temporary accommodation and those at risk of losing their homes. You will provide general counseling and support, develop individual support plans, and coordinate with other services as needed. The job requires maintaining accurate records, participating in team meetings, and contributing to the improvement of the service. The role may include night shifts (11pm – 6am) and requires communication with clients through various means, including home visits.

- Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, written)
