Reporting directly to the Disrepair Manager, the Disrepair Works Manager ensures the efficient delivery of planned repairs with high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing compliance, quality assurance, and health & safety procedures. The role involves site inspections, scoping works, monitoring progress, and authorizing payments, all while adhering to delegated authority and timelines.
