You hold a professional qualification in social work and maintain current registration with Social Work England.
What the Job Involves
Your job is to work with adults and their carers to promote independence, ensure their well-being, and connect them with community resources. You will serve as a contact point, conduct assessments, manage complex needs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements like the Care Act 2014. Additionally, you will mentor other social care workers, engage in safeguarding procedures, represent the authority in legal matters, and develop creative support plans.
