What the Job Involves
The role involves delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing needs service including housing advice and homelessness services. You will use every available resource to address housing needs, prevent homelessness, and ensure efficiency in resource allocation under relevant legislation. You will liaise internally and externally, provide legal advice, handle complex information, and maintain records and referral processes. The position requires active contributions towards service development, both independently and as part of a team.
