What the Job Involves

This role involves carrying out a range of building repairs, maintenance, and renewals. You will handle emergency and routine reactive repairs across multiple sites daily, as well as programmed repairs and refurbishment work in both occupied and vacant housing properties and other premises. Work is expected to meet best trade practices and adhere to current standards and regulations. Working hours are mainly within core hours, but flexibility is required as directed by management to support service delivery needs.
