Who You Are

This position is for a dedicated and reliable individual who is capable of performing a combination of labouring, driving, and cleaning duties. You are the visible face of the Council, responsible for interacting with tenants, leaseholders, and the general public. You demonstrate excellent customer service and ambassadorial skills, uphold health and safety regulations, and work efficiently with minimal inconvenience to tenants.

What the Job Involves

Your primary responsibilities include carrying out general labouring tasks, driving duties, supporting craft workers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will be engaged in routine maintenance work, emergency repairs, delivery and collection of materials, and maintaining cleanliness at various sites. This role requires flexibility to work additional hours during periods of high demand and may include working at heights.
