What the Job Involves
You will oversee the delivery of family time services, ensuring safe and positive contact experiences between children and their families. You will take a supervisory role, guiding Family Time Workers, managing workloads, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include allocation of work, supervision of staff, managing referrals and IT processes, coordinating a duty system, and collecting feedback to improve service delivery. You will work collaboratively with professionals and partners to ensure the needs of children and families are effectively met, contributing to broader strategic planning and policy development.
