What the Job Involves
The Technical Support Team Member plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical and administrative support across the organisation. You will assist the Southwark Cleaning management team in resource coordination and IT systems maintenance, including SAP, Confirm Connect, and Microsoft tools. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial, operational, and performance data, monitoring service requests, and managing enquiries and complaints. You will handle phone payments securely and ensure accurate meeting minutes and follow-up actions. Additionally, you'll provide first-line technical support, maintain SharePoint content, and implement process improvements.
