Who You Are
You are a skilled tradesperson committed to carrying out building repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments to a high standard. You strive for customer satisfaction and ensure that projects are completed 'Right First Time'. You are adaptable and able to work flexibly during the specified hours to support service delivery.
What the Job Involves
The job involves performing a variety of building repairs, maintenance, and renewals. You'll handle emergency and routine reactive repairs across different sites daily, as well as manage single-site programmed repairs and refurbishments in occupied and vacant housing properties and other premises. All work is to be completed in accordance with best trade practice, current standards, and regulations.
