What the job involves
Your main duties include providing personal and social care aligned with each service user's Care Plan, including personal hygiene, dietary care, and participating in therapeutic activities. You will assist with mobility and medication monitoring, adhere to Company Policies, maintain confidentiality, and record-keeping. The role requires attending training, adhering to health and safety protocols, complying with equality and diversity policies, and undergoing an Enhanced DBS Check.
