Who You Are
You are a skilled multi-trader with experience in building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements. You are capable of performing professionally across at least four trade disciplines, such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrical work, tiling, painting & decorating, or Gas Safe operations. You are adaptable, able to work independently, and committed to adhering to best trade practices and current regulations.
What the Job Involves
The role involves carrying out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, and renewals in both occupied and void housing properties. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving building faults efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to high standards and comply with health and safety regulations. You will collaborate with supervisors and planners to update work progress and ensure service objectives are met. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as it involves regular interaction with tenants and the general public. You are expected to work independently, often from heights, and safety is critical in your everyday tasks.
