<p>You are a highly skilled multi-trader with professional competence in at least four trade disciplines such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Electrical (and/or Part P), Tiling, Painting & Decorating, and Gas Safe. You have excellent customer service and ambassadorial skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. You can work independently and are proactive in problem-solving and ensuring the effectiveness of solutions.</p>

<h2>What the Job Involves</h2>
<p>This role requires you to perform building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements in various properties. Your responsibilities include diagnosing building faults, conducting repairs to a high standard, and collaborating with the Repairs Team to meet service objectives. You'll ensure safety compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and frequently interact with tenants and the public, representing the Council positively.</p>
